Formed by 2 veterans of the Washington, DC real estate market, we bring over 60 years of combined experience to the acquisition, structuring, development, financing and management of investment grade properties. The company has a proven track record of locating superior commercial real estate investments and creating value and wealth for its investors, partners and co-owners.

In each property acquired for investor participation, B&B maintains an equity position and assumes property and asset management responsibilities to ensure cost effective and improved asset preservation from an owner's perspective.
