Formed by 2 veterans of the Washington, DC real estate market, we bring over 60 years of combined experience to the acquisition, structuring, development, financing and management of investment grade properties. The company has a proven track record of locating superior commercial real estate investments and creating value and wealth for its investors, partners and co-owners.

In each property acquired for investor participation, B&B maintains an equity position and assumes property and asset management responsibilities to ensure cost effective and improved asset preservation from an owner’s perspective. Meet the Team

Jill Holmes

Jill Holmes is a graduate of Susquehanna University with a degree in accounting. A CPA, she was a Senior Accountant with Price Waterhouse, and also worked for Hillsborough Community Mental Health Center in Tampa FL and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Her community service and volunteer work includes leadership positions for charitable groups and school organizations, including the Richard Montgomery Athletic Booster Club, Cub Scouts of America and Darnestown Presbyterian Women.
